Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the app:
- Open the Finibily app
- Go to Settings > Help and Feedback
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Option 2: Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion via email. Please use the email address associated with your account.
Email Support to DeleteData Retention Policy: Once your account is deleted, all your personal data (transactions, goals, budgets) will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
